Why Choose Us?

Each suncatcher is handmade and unique artwork by Brie Hopkins. The suncatchers make magical rainbows when put in a sunny spot. They make excellent gifts!

Sometimes a piece of art makes you smile. Sometimes cry, as a memory come to mind.

I was in the darkest hours of my life, and sat in my car with a heavy heart, and decided to open a gift given by my best friend. When I opened it I shouted, bc it was so amazing. I caught my breath at its unique beauty and attention to detail.

It is shown proudly in front of my home, and brings me joy every time I see it. I bring it down from time to time to look at the intricacies it has. Tells a story, a beautiful and magical one. If you have a loved one that needs a pick me up, or you may personally, do you yourself a favor and get as many as you can!

About Us

Brie Hopkins

Artist

I feel gratitude is the key to better living. When I create beautiful things, it creates a domino effect of appreciation that I want to share with others. I hope your suncatcher brings you as much joy as they bring me.

Location

All suncatchers are made in Bergheim Texas in a home studio. With a Bachelor's in Art from UTSA (concentration in painting), Brie Hopkins started working with epoxy resin in 2017 by sealing acrylic artwork in layers of resin. By exploring different uses of the medium, she found a sweet spot by creating thick freeform abstract artwork locked inside a window of color, swirls and sparkles. Pieces take up to 6 weeks to make, carefully layered epoxy resin for a glass-like, glossy finish. Rainbow Magic Studio wants to bring an experience to each buyer, one of breathtaking majesty as the pieces may remind one of the galaxy and how vast our universe really is and how important each of us really are in this vastness.
